‘The Father of the Nation is still alive in our hearts.’
The school commemorated the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
This year the celebration was however distinctly different. The teachers, students and their parents participated in the event through Google Meet.
The theme chosen was ‘Health and Sanitation’. The relevance of Mahatma Gandhi in the modern world was beautifully brought alive through a power point presentation. The celebrations portrayed the feelings of Nationalism and Patriotism.
Students were exposed to important tips on Hygiene and Sanitation. As a follow up programme the students were requested to take up a cleanliness drive at their home front and click a photo of the activity performed on the same.
