A webinar was conducted on ‘Mental Stress Management’ on 03rd August, 2020. The students were exposed to varied stress management techniques.
They were introduced to various tips to keep stress at bay and live happier, healthier and more productive lives.

The display of meaningful videos was indeed a good incentive to keep the students attention focused.
