‘Resilience’ is a mental capacity that allows us to adapt with ease during tough times.
Resilient persons recover from hardships swiftly. Nowadays young people very easily become stressed, feel heartbroken, blame the world, withdraw, express resentment and indulge in self-pity.
To help our students be emotionally strong and gear them up to face challenges and risks, a programme was conducted on the power of resilience on 07th November 2020.
